[Ros-kinect] Impromptu Buttons demo: No error message, but not showing anything

I run three commands to bring Impromptu Buttons demo:

roslaunch openni_camera openni_node.launch:
it shows:

Hi Kexi,

This is a bit late, but did you happen to solve this problem? I'm currently experiencing the same thing using Ubuntu 10.04 and Diamondback.
