[Ros-kinect] Giving kinect PCL the kinect's tilt

Is it possible to send the kinect point cloud publisher the tilt of the
kinect so that it can factor that into the point cloud coordinates?

You could do it by changing the tilt angle on the TF corresponding to kinect.
